You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. Please contact us via our 'Contact us' page to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product(s) must return to us in a new condition - unwashed and unused, with tags on and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to refund or exchange items that appears to have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. Please make sure that you have included a copy of your invoice upon returning the item.
We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on any sale items or for change of mind.
